A Message from the President…

Dear AAFEPA Members,

I am thrilled to share exciting news as we prepare to host the 32nd Annual AAFEPA Conference at the beautiful Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa in Florence, Alabama, from November 6-8. This year's event promises to be just as inspiring and informative as ever, and I am confident it will be a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Reflecting on the success of last year's conference, I hope each of you left with renewed energy, inspiration, and valuable insights. Our goal is to continue building on that momentum, offering meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and grow as we work together to advance our shared mission.

I remain humbled and excited by the opportunity to serve this remarkable organization. I look forward to working alongside all of you to further strengthen our community and drive positive change in education programs across Alabama.

I encourage you to remember the inspiring messages we’ve shared in past conferences. As Kindra Smith reminded us, "Remember to let your light shine." Each one of us has a unique contribution to make. Pete Key's words also resonate with me: "Someone's destiny is tied to your assignment." Our collective impact is powerful, and together, we can continue making a difference.

Please know that your AAFEPA board is here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to helping you succeed and to ensuring that this year’s conference meets your expectations.

I look forward to seeing you in Florence!

Warm regards,

Jennifer Williams
