AAFEPA 31st annual Fall Conference

November 1-3, 2023 for AAFEPA's annual Fall Conference

• REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the November Conference!!  Cost is $399 per person. Registration closes Monday, October 16, 2023. Registrations will not be accepted after this date. The special room block rate will end on September 30, 2023 (or as soon as the block sells out). Registration is limited to 200 individuals.

• Refunds or credits WILL NOT be issued after October 16, 2023 for non-attendance or cancellation. 

• Registration fees may be paid by credit card  or by check from your school district. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK "PAY" MULTIPLE TIMES IF PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD. DOING SO MAY CAUSE MULTIPLE CHARGES TO THE CARD. If you do not have an account on www.aafepa.org you will need to create one in order to register.

• Each person registering should register by logging in/creating their own account at http://aafepa.org. Click the forgot password button if you do not remember it instead of creating another account. Email me at timtidmore@gmail.com if you have trouble logging in.  Please provide all requested information. .  

• PLEASE BE SURE TO INFORM ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OF THE NEW ADDRESS IN WHICH TO SUBMIT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES. The new address is: AAFEPA, Kristen Dial, 153 West 4th Street, Prattville, AL 36067  Payments mailed to any other address will not be received. 

• AAFEPA's CURRENT W-9 is linked on the event announcement page. Your Accounts Payable Department will need this information in order to code the payment correctly.

•  You must register for the conference prior to reserving a room at the Resort. Your unique registration invoice number will be needed when you call the resort to reserve your room. The reservation phone number is 251-981-9811 Room rates are: Run of the house-$119.00; Gulf View-$239.00; Club Pass View-$189.00; Club Beach View-$215.00

• We will update the agenda at a glance as new speakers are confirmed.
